At this time we don't know what features it will have so if there are some in iPhoto for iOS you'll like to see included send that info to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto_ios.html.
Currently many like Pixelmator for iOS. But wait a bit to see if Photos will be released soon and what it will include before laying out $$$ for an editor.

The "Edit" options are to the right. I hope the final version will be offering more.
