Q: Can i get itunes on a toshiba computer?

Hi, I have tried many times to download ITunes on my Toshiba laptop but, every time I do it says "thank you for downloading ITunes." but, nothing pops up it just says I downloaded it. I look in my download folder and nothing is in it! I have literally been trying to figure this out for two days now and im very confused and frustrated.
