when i try to sync it says device not found

got new computer.... windows 8 ... when I ran connectivity tests for I Tunes - says device (I Pod) not found. ??help

I understand that your iPod is not recognized by your Windows 8 computer. Here are the best two articles to go through when a device is not recognized in iTunes.
