If I understand correctly you are still getting prompted to sign into iCloud whenever you get an iMessage in the Messages app even though you'ved turned it off anywhere you could in Settings. You did exactly what I would have done so if you are still getting them, use this article to de register iMessage on the phone.

Thank you for your answer, but it didn't quite solve my problem.
I would still like to use iMessage on my iPhone. I just don't want my Macbook Pro to "know" or be connected to it at all.
This happens: If I pick up my phone and start writing/receive an iMessage, the icon suddenly shows up on my mac, even though i disabled all accounts on it. I don't know what further actions I can do to "disconnect" the two devices.
