iTunes frezen when connecting iPhone: synchronisation fails

Hello,

I have a problem when I connect my iPhone or iPad. I start iTunes, connect my iPhone and then iTunes frezes. The status ball on the screen keeps turning and only an forced stop helps. I have tried several presumed solutions, but nothing helps. I've removed or stopped synchronisation options (OS X: Resetting Sync Services - Apple Support) . This is what EtreCheck finds:

Hopefully anyone can help. I know the memory is to low, but I only want to upgrade when my problem is solved.

Thank you!

Hi raalte73,

Good start with troubleshooting iTunes freezing when you connect your iPhone to sync. Continue your troubleshooting with the article below to see if you can get passed this by trying it on a disabling any plug ins as well as automatically syncing
