There is no menu item either (in the menu, via the unintuitive menu button in the top left corner of the iTunes window). But if you make iTunes the default application for playing music (Start > Default Applications), and then click the link (in my case I clicked it in an email), you get asked if you want to Open the audio in the default application. I did, and the stream opened in iTunes, and an "Internet Songs" item was added to Playlists.
