Q: Itunes 12 on Windows 7, how to open an audio stream

Hello,

I'm trying to open an audio stream on Windows 7 / Itunes 12, and I am not able to find the File->Open stream function (does it exist in Windows?), nor to copy paste a webradio to a playlist and edit its url.

Anyone able to help?

Thanks

I wondered this too since there is no File menu in Windows 7, iTunes 12. There is no menu item either (in the menu, via the unintuitive menu button in the top left corner of the iTunes window). But if you make iTunes the default application for playing music (Start > Default Applications), and then click the link (in my case I clicked it in an email), you get asked if you want to Open the audio in the default application. I did, and the stream opened in iTunes, and an "Internet Songs" item was added to Playlists.

Enable the menu bar with Ctrl+B, or use Ctrl+U to access the Open Stream dialog.
