Q: if I restore to a previous back up do I lose everything i have done since. Replacement ipad just been plugged into my laptop and didnt realise i have never backed up on computer, its now asking if i want to restore to the last back up of my old ipad?

New replacement ipad, not been plugged into my laptop ever apparently but has been backing up to icloud. I think i have lost photos so would like to know if I restore to the previous ipads back up will i lose everything i have done since? is there a way around it so i have integrate them?

Yes, you will lose every thing that you have done since.

Perhaps you could move what you have done since to an site like Dropbox, do the restore, and then move the files from Drop box back to your iPad.
