I keep getting a message on my Iphone4 and on my Mac that i don't have enough ICoud storage. My Iphone shows that I have 11.6 GM left. What can I do?

Are you certain that you are looking at iCloud storage and not the storage available on your phone? iCloud available storage is displayed at: Settings > iCloud > Storage
