usb optical drive not mounting
Usb Optical Drive not mounting via MacBook Pro (13inch 2013) since update to 10.10.1. Any positive solutions?

If you cannot get your USB SuperDrive to not mount disks, then take a look at the troubleshooting in the articles below. Start at the Doesn't accept discs section for your specific issue.
