Q: macbook pro apple tv lag

Has a solution been found for the lag between apple tv and macbook pro?

The lag is slight but slows down then speeds up and feels like I'm having an epileptic fit in slow motion!

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011) and using OS Yosemite V 10.10.1 and just bought the apple tv 2 weeks ago- but can't see where I find what gen or whatever it is.

I'm using Google Chrome and have tried Saffari but the lag is still there. The lag does not occur when using Ipad.

What's the latest apple?

I also have this problem, and I didn´t get helped with the attached article. I have the router in the same room, only 3 meters between, I have ethernet from router to apple tv. Still my macbook is lagging watching video. My macbook is new (2014) and so is my apple tv. What is the solution for this problem - can´t find it anywhere!!!

When I use my ipad there is no lag!
