Q: i have created a new apple ID,but not receiving my confirmation email.if i start over the create apple ID and enter the same Email ID it says Email ID not available

i have created a new apple ID,but not receiving my confirmation email.if i start over the create apple ID process again and enter the same Email ID it says Email ID not available. What should i do to make use of that same Email ID??
