Jan 27, 2015 10:55 AM in response to nitafajita07by King_Penguin,What iOS version is your phone on (Settings > General > About > Version) ? If 8.1.1 then update to 8.1.2 : Restore missing tones on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 8.1.1.
If it's not on 8.1.1 then what have you done with the phone since buying them e.g. have you synced to your computer's iTunes and deleted them ? You can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
