dead usb and firewire ports

Hi I was having a issue with my system identifier flashing yellow and found my unlock was unlocked so I locket it. Then I

unmounted my 2 external drives 1 usb second firewire 400. At that point I had no usb to my keyboard and mouse. I rebooted

the xserve and still nothing from the usb or firewire connections in the back of the xserve. I did a permission repair of the boot drive

but no luck. the system identifier light is now off also not flashing. All drive and raid lights are green.

This is a early 2008 xserve.

Thanks for the help.
