iphone 5s as a USB Wireless Adapter to access my local WiFi on my PC, not using my Cellular plan

Greetings,

I'm staying at a hotel on business for a few weeks. I brought my PC and have TP-LINK USB Wireless adapter that is starting to fail.

I wanted to know if I can use my iphone 5s as a USB Wireless Adapter to access my local WiFi on my PC, not using my Cellular plan.

So to clarify, I don't want to create a HotSpot or Share my Cellular Data on my PC.

I wanted to connect my iPhone to my Computer via USB, and use the iPhone to connect to the hotel WiFi, and have my PC access the hotel WiFi via my usb connected iphone 5s?

my PC uses Windows 7, and once connected to the Wifi i am using a VPN.

iPhone 5s, Windows 7
