i have done step by step every single thing that support system says , i have tried iCloud ,outlook, everything but still cant import my contacts from iphone6 to my imac. i have the OS X Yosemite version. PLEASE i am trying for 3 hours

it was one of the first think i did. nothing! i deselect from iphone the iCloud contact and try manually to sync , AGAIN NOTHING . i thing i have done everything
Are you using the same iCloud account on your phone and when logging in to iCloud in your browser?
You do not need to import your contacts. Login to the same iCloud account that your phone is logged into on your Mac and the contacts should be there unless you have iCloud on your phone turned off where the contacts are not being backed up to the cloud. You can verify this by going to icloud.com and signing in there to see if the contacts are present.

On your phone go to Settings > iCloud. Is Contacts enabled there?

AND OF COURSE I HAVE DISABLE IT AND ENABLE IT AGAIN SING OUT AND SING IN AGAIN

Mike I'm starting to believe that the contacts you are seeing on your iPhone are really not on your physical phone but are cloud based. Do you have a Gmail account setup with contacts turned on? If you turn the contacts off do the contacts on your phone vanish?
the iphone is all new (4 days) i have write my contacts one by one manually. the contacts are physically exist in my phone and nowhere else.
if the contacts where cloud based i would have seen them when i had logged in icloud .... the problem is that i cant see them at icloud either my imac
From what you are describing the contacts in your phone are actually not making it to iCloud. If this is the case it makes sense for them not to show up on your Mac either. You said you keyed them in manually so they should have automatically been available on iCloud. I don't have any other suggestions to give you as this feature usually just works if iCloud is on and you're signed in.
