Q: Help with installing an HP LaserJet 2035 printer on my iMac operating on OSX 10.7?

I can´t seem to get this printer to install on my iMac despite having updated all my software. I´ve also downloaded and installed the HP driver pack from their website which hasn´t worked either. The printer is working fine on my laptop which is running on OS X 10.9.5, I am in a remote location with limited internet access and downloading the latest operating system isn´t really an option for me. Any suggestions?

I understand that you have a HP LaserJet 2035 printer that you are having trouble setting up on your Mac running Lion. This is a supported printer that has drivers available according to the following article.

thanks for your reply, unfortunately it does´t seem to be working. I have now updated the OS on my imac to 10.10.2 Yosemite and am still having the same trouble, the printer is still not showing when I try to add it. I once again installed the HP Driver Pack and it hasn´t helped. Any other suggestions?
