If you're asking if it's safe to update, then yes.

Yes it is safe to update.

The update is safe to install. My iPad and two iPhones updated easily but it did take 40 minutes or so to complete. As with all major updates like this I recommend doing a backup of your device first.

Unfortunately, AGAIN  this update  has caused my iPad mini to have major dramas !

the rear camera has stopped functioning.

AlL games randomly crash or lock up,

even the text editoris not as responsive as it used to be  trying to edit this line of text  is not working!

NOT happy

it is about time Apple stopped releasing half baked updates !!!!

AND, the updates NEED to be uninstallable !

Factory restore should be reverting back to what originally came installed! Not the latest corrupted update forced back onto the unit causing to fault again,

because there is always the case of the new update creating hardware malfunctions, like I'm having presently.

I have also found that the front camera is not working!  It turns on but now can't take pictures... When trying to access the back or rear camera , it just locks up with blurry screen

That will never happen - Apple has never supported going 'backwards'. With a computer, it is advised that you make a full backup before updating so you can revert. With iOS, that is not possible once Apple removes the previous version.

... And with all the complaints, IT is about time the y learned from their mistakes and changed their attitude to non- reversal of updates !

every other operating system allows for uninstalling of updates

just hope the next update will actually fix all the problems that the latest update has screwed up !
