I get an error code (4013) every time, and I've been trying for hours. Tried different cables, different USB ports, different computers ... Nothing is working.

Jan 28, 2015 9:33 AM in response to Steve Ehlersby ianjames,I've resolved this issue by booting my MacBook Pro in Safe Mode ( hold down the Shift key right after hearing the start-up bell ).
That allowed me to do a Restore which just wasn't working after several attempts prior to rebooting in Safe mode.
