Q: how do i share the music in my itunes with other iphones in our family

how do I share my itunes music with the other iphones we have in our family. Each person in our family has their own itunes acct. but the music in only on one account. i was told that it is possible to put that music on their phones. If so, please send me detailed info on how to do that. thanks
