Q: iPhone 6 plus shuts down at 18% battery life

my iphone 6 plus keeps shutting down at 18% recently. My phone' storage capacity has not been maxed out yet and is running on iOS 8.1.2. wondering if anyone faces the same problem?

Hello Jeff,

this is not helpful, we own a brandnew Iphone 6 and every time the akku enters 18% the phone gets in reset, start up and get back with 17%. All Apps just origin, new setup.

NO solution with 8.1.3.
What should be done now?
