Hi,
Just switched from an iPod Classic to the 5th gen iPod Touch, tried to manually drag in my songs from my iTunes music library but why does half of my songs unable to play via the iPod? The songs are in grey with a dotted circle by the side of the track title. Even my songs purchased from iTunes are just the same?
Could someone help to explain how to work it out?

Have you fixed it; I did have the same problem on an iPhone 6, I am solving that problem right NOW. I had checked the box'Untick toSync Music and Video in iTune. Its working now Dotted circle are disappearing like water through fingers wuala,wuala.
