iTunes book store from MacBook and iPad/iPhone don't allow me to download anything what differs from old classics (like "Idiot" or "Dick Sand" by Verne). Page "What I can buy from my country?" shows only songs, tunes, movies (+rents) allowed for Russia.
What can I do to change Apple content strategy (to get scarce of pop and allow best content flow)?

You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country on your account, to use its store - so if you are in Russia then you can only use the Russian stores.
For why books and audiobooks aren't available from iTunes there, Apple can only sell content where they are licensed to sell it, it's the content providers who decide where their items can be sold. If/when those types of item might become available there we won't know until if/when Apple announce something. Are other ebook apps/stores available in Russia e.g. Amazon/Kindle, Nook, Kobo ?
