IPhone 4 sync error 0xE800002D what do I do I cant even use my phone now ?

Over the period of about 2 weeks my iPhone 4 which is in perfect condition has been playing up. when trying to use the internet it says the internet isn't able and a grey shadow going around the WIFI symbol. I have now tired to do a factory reset on my phone to see if that would help which of course now when the phone tell you to plug it into ITunes it comes up with error 0xE800002D and try again later which I have for the last 1 so what do I do ?
