I have searched and read until my eyeballs can't do it anymore. My iTunes library seems complete with the exception of the many audiobooks I've purchased from iTunes. I've followed the instructions in many troubleshooting articles but something is still not right. I'm using OSX Yosemite.
Please help!

Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are missing some audiobooks. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Audiobooks, ringtones, and tones
If you made a backup of these items on your Mac or PC, you can sync the items to your iOS device. You can't download these items again from iTunes in the Cloud.
