No, you only get back what you backup to iTunes.

Jan 28, 2015 9:04 AMby Newbie314,If you sign into iCloud on your computer you should be able to retrieve the photos in My Photostream. Use the articles Razmee linked in addition to this page: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ to get iCloud set up on your Mac or Windows PC.

Jan 28, 2015 3:45 PMby dancer_1988,I tried that and they were not there... It was only my iPad photos that were there which was odd... There also was not an option about photo stream on it either? The iPhone had to be blacklisted too due to the fact I had to make a lost report but prior to that all photos were synced on wifi before losing it.

Jan 28, 2015 8:37 PMby Newbie314,IIf only your iPad photos showed up in My Photo Stream on your PC then your iPhone photos either did NOT upload to My Photo Stream or were uploaded to a different account photo stream. Do you think there Is a chance you were using a different Apple account with iCloud on the iPhone?

Jan 29, 2015 9:26 AMby Newbie314,What do you mean when you say that the iPhone was linked to the iPad? I don't believe anyone at the Apple Store will be able to sort this out for you; your best bet would be to contact Apple Support via chat or phone because they might be able to determine whether or not your iPhone was linked to the same iCloud account as your iPad. If not, maybe there's an extra iCloud account floating around with your pictures in it https://getsupport.apple.com/
