loop - controller reset bug ?

i make a 2 bars bas pattern, (internal or external synth with mod-wheel assigned to filter cut off) and loop it. On another track, same midi channel i make an empty object, choose hyper-edit to show mod-wheel. This way i can draw a filter sweep and time-expand/compress it, to fit a certain length. It´s also a nice way of copying hyper data to other tracks/synths. When the hyper pattern is ended (starting on 0 going to 127) i want the mod-wheel (filter) to stay on max, but the mod-wheel reset and jump back to 0 ???
This also happens on every loop end/start if a have a very long and slow filtersweep.

I have to use "make loop into real copies" to make it work.

Is this a bug ?

nice regards
