Q: Managing Remote Desktops using Uverse

I need to be able to remotely manage a Mac that is on a home network.

The remote Mac's network accesses the internet via Uverse (to include using a Uverse provided router/modem).

The Mac doing the administration is also on a home network that uses Uverse for it's internet access (to include using a Uverse provided router/modem).

Does anyone know of specific ports that Uverse might disable to prevent this? If so, what are they?
