My iPhone 4 turns off at least 30% Battery

My iPhone 4 keeps turning off for no apparent reason at WAY OVER 30% and its ridiculous because

i only just traded my old iPhone 4 in for a new one + £119 extra cost .

Im not happy with this as its brand new and my old one seemed to have the same problem ??? DO

you think its a hardware fault??

i own an iPhone 4 16GB

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2, Brand new
