I have hundreds on my iPhone and iPad when I delete them they re appear?
give us an example of the context where you see "Emailed contacts" - a screenshot would be nice. - ÇÇÇ
Apparently your Contacts are stored on iCloud and you have iCloud Contacts turned on on these devices
iCloud: Delete a contact
You can delete a contact at any time.
WARNING: When you delete a contact, it is deleted on every device that has the iCloud Contacts feature turned on. For example, if your iPhone and Mac have iCloud Contacts turned on, and you delete a contact with the iCloud Contacts web app, the contact is also deleted in the Contacts app on your iPhone and Mac.
In iCloud Contacts, do either of the following:
- To delete a contact completely, select the contact in the All Contacts list, then press the Delete key. Click Delete in the dialog that appears.
- To delete a contact from a group, click the group on the left, select the contact, then press the Delete key.Deleting a contact from a group removes it from that group only.

I can take a screen shot no problem but how do I send it to you, in this site?
These are not contacts from my contact lists, 100's of unrecognized, on top they say NO SENDER
I'll wait for your screenshots, but this statement leads me to believe they are "EMAILS" that have no SENDER... ÇÇÇ
They all have the same date except for the top one

This is EXPORTED contacts - multiple - into one VCARD (an electronic business card) - if these are indeed coming from YOUR iCloud account (which explains the recurring nature & NO SENDER) indicates that they from YOU to YOU in an email attachment.

iCloud: Export contact information as a vCard
From within iCloud Contacts, you can export an electronic business card, known as a vCard, that contains your own contact information or that of one or more contacts. You can then attach these vCards to email messages, making it easy to share them with friends or associates.
You can export all of your contacts as a vCard, which is an easy way to back them up.
- Select one or more contacts in the contacts list.
To select several adjacent contacts, click the first one, then Shift-click the last one. To select multiple nonadjacent contacts, Command-click them on a Mac or Control-click them on a Windows computer.
- Choose Export vCard from the Action pop-up menu
at the bottom of the contacts list. If you select multiple contacts, Contacts exports a single vCard containing all of them.

iCloud: Import a vCard
You can import an electronic business card, also called a vCard, into iCloud Contacts. If the vCard contains contact information for more than one person, each contact becomes a separate entry.
- In iCloud Contacts, choose Import vCard from the Action pop-up menu , which appears at the bottom of the All Contacts list or a list of group contacts
- Select a vCard to import.
The contacts from the vCard are added to the All Contacts group in Contacts. You can add the contacts to any other group by dragging them to the desired group.
