iTunes error 4010. How do I fix this?

I am able to access my account and download from the iTunes store, but iTunes Match gives a 4010 error when I press start. How do I fix this?

I worked on this for quite a while. This finally worked. I'm using a Dell running Windows 7 64bit.

1.) Do at your own risk of losing everything.

2.) Backup iTunes, you'll have to look elsewhere if you don't know how.

3.) I also suggest a backup of your music.

4.) With iTunes running, sign out of iTunes.

5.) Turn Genius Off.

6.) Close iTunes.

7.) Go find your iTunes home directory and change filename extension from 'iTunes Library.itl' to 'iTunes Library.itl_match_not_working'.

8.) Open iTunes, sign in, start genius, and then match should start successfully. If not, go figure out how to delete iTunes Match cache and reattempt (shift + turn off Match).

9.) Click Add File to Library... and go find and select the xml from your backup in step 2. This should restore your library. If not, changing the filename from step 7 back to iTunes Library.itl should get everything back to the way it was, albeit with broken Match.

10.) Savor all the riches of iTunes Match.
