Q: Why won't all iCalendars on my MacBook Pro sync with my iPhone 5s?

Hi there ... Does anyone know why only certain ones but not all iCalendars on my MacBook Pro sync with my iPhone 5s? I have created custom colored calendars on my MacBook Pro but they do not sync onto my phone.  I've checked the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" in my iPhone 5s "Settings" but it doesn't seem to let me add calendar colors to the iCloud field.  It just has listed "Home" & "Work" calendars.  Anyone know how to add in the custom calendar fields too?  There must be a way!  Please advise.  I look forward to your input!

Many thanks!

    Hello sassy-frass,

If you are having issues using iCloud Calendars to sync calendar info between your Mac and your iPhone (as well as iCloud.com), you may find the information and steps outlined in the following article helpful:

Hi Brenden ... Thank you for this lead.  I read the article but I'm still having issues.  The various colored calendars I have created on my MacBook Pro are in the iCloud Calendar section so they should technically sync with my phone.  But still the only two calendars that appear on my phone are the standard two: "Work" & "Personal".  Plus I noticed that the colors associated with those calendars on my iPhone are different than the colors I have associated with them on my MacBook Pro.  Not sure why that is happening.

Also, I figured out how to add new calendars directly on my iPhone but they seem to be just blank calendars that I can create and not importing the ones from my MacBook Pro.

    Any other suggestions?  Fingers crossed.

    Many thanks,
