Q: Constant Kernel Panics on Mid-2010 Macbook Pro (Happening on Yosemite and Mavericks)

Hi, I just purchased a used Macbook Pro (which was probably being sold because of the problem I'm having) and it has been having constant Kernel Panics, which I can't really find a specific trigger for. I have found that a lot of people were having trouble with Yosemite, so I though downgrading to Mavericks may cure the problem, but it hasn't changed a thing, at random times the computer screen just goes black then restarts with something along the lines of 'Your computer restarted because of a problem.

I wasn't getting the option to report/view the problem, but now that i'm on Mavericks it has allowed me.

I would appreciate if anyone could give me an idea of what's wrong... As much as i'm hoping it isn't hardware related, i'm guessing it's highly probably considering that it is happening on both Yosemite and Mavericks.
