IPAD2 sky email (Yahoo)not working after update to 8.1.3

ipad2 updated and mail not working, have removed account, rebooted twice now and no joy,

although working on iMac and iPhone 5c

iPad 2, iOS 8.1.3

If you've deleted and re-added the account that's a lot of what you can do. It may just clear up on its own. Yahoo is perpetually messing with their servers. And when they're messing with the one your account is on, you will experience failure.

For the immediate future you can try the work arounds of either using yahoo's mail app, or accessing your mail via safari.


If it hasn't cleared up by tomorrow then there may be other things to try. The problem is, if the issue is them messing with things, nothing you do will fix it.
