I have a problem sync'ing iTunes with my iPhone 6 plus. It's gets to Step 6 and just seems to stick on the following message:
Syncing "Tony's iPhone 6 Plus (Step 6 of 6)
Waiting for changes to be applied
It just sits here any never gets to the next step. I have used iTunes to sync to another iPhone.
I have tried calling Apple Support but they tell me to reset NVRAM, which did not fix the problem.
