Have you tried getting it directly & Installing it instead of SWUPD?

Mar 12, 2015 4:42 AM in response to BDAquaby Enginn Heima,I have the same problem, and it doesn't help by "directly" installing it. It keeps coming when I run the software update...
Anybody?!

OS X: How to ignore a Software Update - Apple Support
If App Store then...
First, launch the Mac App Store from your dock, or from Launchpad. Next, click the Updates tap. You’ll now see a list of all available software updates. If there are multiple updates, you made need to click on the “More” option to see the full list. To hide an update, hover over the update you wish to hide with your mouse, then right click (or CTRL + left click), and select Hide Update from the box that appears next to your cursor. The update will now be hidden until a new update is available, or until you unhide it.

Mar 12, 2015 11:28 AM in response to BDAquaby Enginn Heima,Hi, and thanks for replying!
I'm on a Snow Leopard, 10.6.8
I go to apple / software update... I install the update, it tells me it has been installed successfully, but if I go again to software update it re-appears as if it hasn't been installed.
Best regards.

Mar 12, 2015 1:25 PM in response to BDAquaby Enginn Heima,The thing is, I would like it to install.
I think it actually fails to install.
All my sequence presets in Adobe Premiere went missing, and I think it's related to this update problem I'm having.

Mar 12, 2015 1:43 PM in response to Enginn Heimaby BDAqua,Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive & clear caches.)
Any change after that?

Mar 14, 2015 12:39 PM in response to BDAquaby Enginn Heima,No changes.
For information, it's a clean install of Snow Leopard on a brand new SSD drive.
Good news is, re-installing Adobe Premiere brought back my sequence settings, but the Pro Video Formats 2.0 in Software update keep popping up each time I run Software Update. Guess I just have to live with this.
Thanks for your consideration.

Mar 27, 2015 3:42 PM in response to Tom IVby PurpleAdam,Been seeing the same thing for a few months now since the update came out, installing it repeatedly and even in a different user account.
Not sure if the update actually installs or not.
Also on 10.6.8.

Apr 21, 2015 9:43 PM in response to Tom IVby Gerard Guillemette,I'm getting repeated Software Update of Pro Video Formats version 2.0.1 notifications. I'm running 10.10.3 on Mac Pro (Late 2013). 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5. Right clicking to "Hide Update" has no affect at all. Really irritating. I tried deleting the receipts from /private/var/db/receipts. Even tried changing the PackageVersion in com.apple.pkg.ProVideoFormats.plist, com.apple.pkg.ProResCodec.plist, and com.apple.pkg.ProVideoFormats.plist to all be 2.0.1.0.1.1191509119. Didn't help.

Apr 22, 2015 8:26 AM in response to Gerard Guillemetteby peelage,Gerard,
I am having the same issue as well (I'm running 10.10.3 on MacBook Pro (Late 2013) ) Not sure what the issue is, but apparently this has happened in the past with 2.0. I am guessing you'll just have to wait it out as I've tried many different approaches.

Apr 22, 2015 9:50 AM in response to peelageby fssbob,Exactly the same story here. OS X 10.10.3. Apple Software Update wants to install Pro Video Formats 2.0.1 over and over again. Each update appears to install successfully, but then it wants to install it again.
