Are you already signed into iCloud on those devices, or are you trying to sign in for the first time?
If they're already signed in but are not accepting your password, this sounds like you might have two different Apple accounts -- one that was formerly using the email address you currently use with your new account (I know, it sounds confusing). If this is the case, then you may actually be signed into a different iCloud account than you think you are. Try these steps:
If you're trying to sign into iCloud for the first time, and the Apple ID and password aren't being accepted try signing in at myappleid.com on one of those devices to make sure you have the correct email and password.

Jan 29, 2015 12:47 PM in response to Newbie314by TerryMaloney,Hi and thanks, Newbie314.
I have an iCloud account. I must have created new pw when I set up iCloud. Created with iPhone. May have happened the first time I connected with iPad. I would cancel it and start over if I didn't get a warning that doing so would wipe out everything on my phone.

Jan 29, 2015 1:01 PM in response to TerryMaloneyby Newbie314,When you sign out of iCloud it should give you the option to keep the data on your phone/iPad so that when you sign into your new account the data will be merged with the new account. Will it let you sign out of the old account in Settings > iCloud?

Jan 29, 2015 1:10 PM in response to Newbie314by TerryMaloney,It says "If you sign out of your account, all Photo Stream photos and Documents & Data stored in iCloud will be removed from this iPohne." Makes me gun shy.
