cannot buy ibook though i have enough store credit
Even though my appleID says that I have $3.13 in credit, I cannot purchase a $2.99 book. Alternatively, I cannot gift it from another AppleID account with over $20 in credit.
1. If there's tax in your jurisdiction, it may increase the price of the book to an amount exceeding your credit.
2. iTunes Store credit can't be spent on gifts.
