"To connect using Wifi" GONE on Personal Hotspot after rebooted.

iphone 6 froze up. had to reboot it.

turning on my personal hotspot (wifi sharing) but i noticed it was missing.

NO Wifi Password Tab. No "to connect using wifi" just the bluetooth and usb connection only.

HOw do i resolve this?! had my settings reset, but Still the wifi sharing doesnt appear

what should i do?!
