iPhone 5s calculator gives wrong answer

Trying to calculate 0.25 / 0.5 (which equals 0.5). However, the Calculator gives the answer 0.25 / 0.5 = 1.

I have tried clearing it multiple times and trying over again. Interestingly, 0.25 / 0.6 = 0.416 repeating, which is what it should be. I also tried restarting the app and my phone, but that didn't work either, it still gives the answer of 1.

Any thoughts? Is this a bug? I want to be able to trust this calculator but am a little frustrated to see this incorrect answer.

EDIT: It now seems to be working for some reason. Unknown what I did to fix it.
