slo-mo videos moved to pc and now they lost slo-mo and also do not play fluidly

Hi,

I forgot I had some slo-mo videos on my device when I cut and pasted all my photos and videos to my pc.

now, the slo-mo videos I had lost the slo-mo effect, but also don't have a fluid image when viewing them on the pc. it is awful how they play.

Is there a way I can get them back to my iphone to recover the slo-mo effect or somehow fix them directly on my pc?
