Speakers and iPod Shuffle

Can the iPod Shuffle 4th generation be used with a Bluetooth speaker? I've probably made a mistake ordering this because I need it to work with a speaker on my bike. I would be willing to connect it with a cable, but I'd need an adapter, and I don't know if the speaker would respond. It's an Ivation Boomer for portable use outdoors.

Thanks for the question. The iPod shuffle (4th generation) does not include bluetooth connectivity:

However, if your speaker does have a 3.5-mm input, you can use a variety of cables to connect it for playback. Here are a few offerings we have on our online store:
