Camera and screen shoot sounds are unable to turn off on iPhone 5 iOS 8.1.2

I just updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 8.1.2

but then now I can't turn off my camera and screetshoot sound

I already switch off the ringer sound to silent and it still won't work

well, it works at the first time I take a picture but when I take the second picture, the click sound is back!

I went to Apple Service in my town and they couldn't help me too

please if anyone have the same problem and know what to do, tell me

Settings - Sounds - scroll all the way to the end - Keyboard clicks - Off

Done that. Nothing happen. Still the same. It's off at the first time I took a photo but the next photo the sound comes back

The only way to turn this off is to turn on the mute switch, however some countries do not allow for this, such as Japan. The shutter sound cannot be turned off there. There is no other setting to turn it off except to mute the device completely.

I've done that. But, It just workes for the first photo. For the next one the sounds came back

so, it doesn't have any problem with the iOs?

Go to "Settings" and scroll all the way down. Unclick "Lock Sounds" and that will do the trick!

Sorry, Fly Man. This does not work. The only way to turn off the shutter sound on the camera is to mute the phone with the flip switch on the side of the phone. The inconvenience is that you will have to remember to unmute when you are finished taking pictures.

Not only that, there are several locations in the world where the shutter sound cannot be muted no matter what. It is a government regulation for it to remain active.
