Q: memory availability low

Hi Everyone,

Problem description:

My computer has been running very slow, I have SimBooster and it states that I have 10% Memory availability (goes a tad up and down).  Also looked at the Activity Monitor and it has Physical Memory:4.00GB and the Memory Used: 3.93GB (hope this helps)  I've removed programs and such and now all I use is my Firefox browser and even that slows after a while.  Any ideas?  Here is the EtreCheck report.  I've highlighted what was highlighted red in the report.
