Q: itunes freezes during CD import

ITUNES works fine for everything else except for importingcds. I've tried the forums and it did not help. Seems like noone'squestions got answered. Itunesfreezes during import of track 1 on each CD. I've tried 20cds. The only way to stop get out of the freeze mode is to restart my computer. Please help. I have manycds to import.

Hey mcversa,

If you are having an issue with iTunes for Windows becoming unresponsive when attempting to import songs from a CD, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
