My iPad device has restricted FaceTime I bought it from Riyadh city in Saudi Arabia how can I activate it. Do I have to call apple support and talk about it one of the main reason I decided to buy iPad air is FaceTime feature

An iPad purchased in a region where FaceTime is banned such as KSA and UAE can never have FaceTime.
