Q: magsafe 60Watt connect with Macbook air mid 2013?

     I have a Macbook Air 13" Mid 2013.  It comes with 45W MagSafe2 Power Adapter (A1436). I also have a 60W MagSafe (Adapter A1344). Now question is :

Can I connect the 60W Magsafe Adapter to the Macbook Air 13 Mid 2013 using a Magsafe - Magsafe2 adapter ?

Thanks in advance for any reply.

    Yes.

    Power Adapter/ cord wattage

“Power adapters for Intel-based Apple notebooks are available in 45W, 60W, and 85W varieties. Although you should always use the proper wattage adapter for your Apple notebook, you can use an adapter of a higher wattage without issue.”

Thanks for the quick reply. But one thing I observed after putting up this query.

The Magsafe 2 45W has 14.85Volts output (the one which came with the macbook air) where as the magesafe adapter 60W has an output Voltage of 16.5V

Will this not abe a cause of problem or does the converter MD504zm/a drop the additional voltage ?

    Thanks once again
