Q: iTunes was working fine a few weeks ago but now when i try and load it I get the message "This version of iTunes has not been correctly localised for this language. Please run the English version."

I suddenly cannot open my iTunes. Was working fine a few weeks ago but now a message comes up asking me to use the English version. (I am using Windows 8)

Hey MichelleOland,

Thanks for the question. I understand that you are experiencing issues opening iTunes for Windows. Let’s try completely removing iTunes and all related components and then re-installing from Apple’s website:

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 - Apple Support
