Selfsolve.apple.com

Hi there!
Selfsolve.apple.com <----- it's meaning the first activation date of phone, yeah? I've ordered my iPhone 6 Plus on 01/15/2015 and I've activated my phone on 01/25/2015 . So selfsolve.apple.com doesn't show me my 01/25/2016, it shows 01/15/2016. Why??? 😐

Thanks.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.3

Doesn't matter where you purchased the phone...warranty/support starts on the day the phone is sold.

It can actually be either. It depends on whether the seller registers the sale with Apple, which is what they are supposed to do. However, if the retailer does not do that, then the activation date is used instead. So, in response to the OP, your date of purchase is the correct starting date, not the date of first use. You have not lost anything that you were entitled to have. Your retailer did what they were required by Apple to do and registered the date of purchase properly
