Since I downloaded iOS 8.1.3 the other day I keep getting prompted for my password. I had not created a password previously so I did create one and tried to enter that when prompted. When I do that I get a message that the password is incorrect. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I am presuming it is the former?
The prompt is for a password--not an apple ID--for my voicemail. It seems to come up mostly when I make a call but also when I use Safari.
That would be something that would be sorted by a call to your carrier
It is usually the last four digits of your number IF you never set one up
This happened when my wife had to do a restore on her iPhone. Calling AT&T we were able to reset her voicemail password and one was sent to her via text. Once we entered it and created a new one the prompt stopped coming up.
