iOS 8.1.3. Problems?

A friend of mine (iPhone 4s) had. This morning the phone crashed while installing it and now it asks for a factory reset which is is reluctant to do as his backup on iTunes was quite old and on iCloud is only partialy.

Does anyone had the same issue and how was solved?

p.s. I updated my iPhone 6, an iPad Air 2 and my daughter's iPhone 4s and everything went fine.

after updating safari keeps crasuing for me. I can't use it for more than a few minutes before safari crashes and completely closeS.

I'm having a similar issue, I have the 5s and It has completely deleted my fingerprints and when I try to reset them it says that option is unavailable and I cant use that option. my phone has turned of approximately 5 times with in 2 hours with 80% battery. my safari says cannot display page on every page I go to. I've tried resetting the phone but it doesn't work. Does anyone have a solution?

I have an iPad Mini running 8.1.3. Since the update, it crashes constantly in many different Apps. Never had an issue before with the device.

I updated before few days and it show logo of cable and connect to iTunes, i tried to Restore and i have an Error (56).

I have iPhone 6 64GB, i don't recommend to update for now.

By the way, if someone has any solution for me i will be very happy to hear.
